By skipping meals, one gets to compensate the next meal they take. They therefore tend to take a lot of food at one time that is not good for their weight.
That is why it is important for these people to have a qualified person who can be able to direct them on the procedures that they should take. These persons have all the knowledge that is required to make their clients fit. They therefore get to help a lot of people in the society built their self-esteem.
